What is Field Junky and where are yall located?
Fieldjunky.com is an online store and group that focuses on selling discounted hunting and fishing products. The idea came after hosting the Southern Sportsmen Expo in Bowling Green, KY and meeting our local vendors. Our mission is to bring together products from locally and nationally recognized companies at cheap prices. A percentage of every sell goes to support Hunt for the Cure charity and further cancer research. We hope you enjoy our site.
When will new products be available and what if I missed out on yesterdays deal?
Deals of the Day will switch over around 12:00 eastern every night. Products may be changed earlier if our quantities are sold out or if other special promotions are going on. Basically, you will have 24 hours to buy the products you see each day, then it's gone. If you didn't get to order the products of the day, better luck next time. We may get more at a later date so check back because we don't have a waiting list. Some great deals are available in our store at rock bottom prices as well.
How long are products available?
Deals of the Day are only available for 24 hours or until all of our quantity has been sold, whichever is shorter. Other great deals are available in our store and they are limited in quantity.
What is Second Chance Sunday?
Second Chance Sunday is like winning the lottery. If you missed a product you really wanted, there is still a chance Field Junky could have leftover stock. If we do, it will be posted on Sunday. Well I guess it isnt really like winning the lottery, but you get the point. By doing this we give the scragglers a one chance to find the product they missed. Products rotate throughout the day, so keep checking back. If you miss out on a product, there's always next week!
Can Field Junky tell us how many units remain available on a certain product?
Take the sound a cow makes. Take out the M. Then put an N at the front, and that is your answer.
I am selfish and would like to order more than 3 of each item, how do I do this?
The answer is you don't. We didn't start this site to supply wholesalers, we want give everybody an equal chance at getting the deals of the day. Sharing is caring.
How are items shipped?
Products sold on Fieldjunky.com are shipped via UPS and USPS. They are either shipped directly from product manufacturers, distribution centers or your local shop making only a handful of products. Products typically ship in 2-3 days via ground shipment. We only ship ground for the time being.
How to Shop at Our Online Store?
When you see a product you would like to buy on FieldJunky.com, click on "Add to Cart" or "Purchase". The product will then be added to your cart and will be ready to checkout.
From the shopping cart, you will be able to review your order. Then, you will be required to enter your shipping and billing information. Field Junky uses PayPal as a payment processor throughout the payment process. PayPal offers the most secure checkout method on the internet and we will it is best to use their services to protect all FieldJunky.com customers.

I've received an error message stating that my credit card is invalid. What should I do?
If you see an error message stating that your credit card is invalid, this has most likely happened for one of the following reasons:
1. You have incorrectly entered your credit card number.
2. You have incorrectly entered your CVV code.
3. You have incorrectly entered your expiration date.
4. You have used a cancelled credit card to place your order.
5. Your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions only (sales where your card is physically scanned).
Please double-check your credit card and/or with your bank to ensure that none of these problems have occurred. If you realize that you've made a mistake, simply return to the payment option page and enter in the correct information. Continue checking out as normal.
If you're still encountering problems, please contact us. However, at NO point should you ever e-mail us your full credit card number. Your e-mail does not have the same security features in place as the website. If you wish to reference a specific credit card that you already have on file with us, please reference by the order number.
If you believe that you have provided us with an incorrect CVV code or expiration date you may send us that corrected information via e-mail referencing by the order number.
If you believe that your card was declined due to insufficient funds, but now have those funds available, you may ask that we attempt to charge your credit card again.
If you believe that your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions, you must either contact your bank about removing such restrictions, provide us with a different credit card, or choose a new payment method.
Why is my online confirmation number different from my order number?
This is due to the internal process we must maintain to properly track your order through the system. Once an order number is assigned you may use it for all future references to that purchase.
What is your return policy?
Defective products should be communicated to the manufacturer. FieldJunky.com will not honor returns. All sales are final at the time of purchase, so in short we don't have a return policy. You got a good deal and are more than happy to re-gift your purchase or sell it on ebay for a profit.
Where do you ship?
Right now we ship to anywhere in the United States.
Can I speak with a Field Junky representative?
No, If you have to speak directly with a Field Junky representative, please contact us with your name, number and details of your inquiry through our contact us tab, general questions. If your lucky we will get back with you, just kidding we will get back with you.
How do I return a defective product?
Please contact the manufacturer of the product and they should be able to process your request. If they are unable to help, you can contact us with your product description, order number; name and we will process a refund or replace the product.
What can I use to Pay for Products?
Whatever PayPal accepts, Field Junky accepts. We don't mind personal visits with cash, rolls of quarters or barter. If you don't plan on making it to the Louisville area, just use a credit card or debit card through our shopping cart.

How do I create a Field Junky account?
Look to the left side of your screen. Under Quick Links click on Registration. Then proceed to fill out your Profile. Remember this will also be your forum username so make it unique. I have a few in mind for myself: NonTypicalBeerDrinker, TeamUnderAchiever and CantKillaBuck. Only one account per address. Then click on the Register button.
