• We offer up to a generous 6% for commission on sales that are tracked back to your site, that are made within 30 days of the customer being referred to our site.   
• We will check  any NEW affiliate signee to approve the site, as we reserve the right to work only with those sites that meet our criteria, which, generally speaking, will be professional, complete (NOT in progress) and active   
• USA-based (presently we do NOT ship out of the USA, unless special arrangements are made, so we feel it’s best to limit affiliates to USA based websites)    
• family friendly, with no adult content, drugs, or inappropriate material   
• the site must be content-based such as an informational website, blog or forum   
• the site must be complementary (that is non-competitive) to FieldJunky.com    
• Once you are signed up and approved (usually no more than 24 to 72 hours), you will be able to log onto your account to see tracking information and accrued commission, download images and more   
• We will pay when $50 in commission is reached (with a slight waiting period to ensure the purchased items are NOT returned) via (preferred) PayPal or mailed (secondary choice) company check    
• Refunded orders or fraudulent transactions will NOT receive credit toward affiliate earnings   
• Banners and links are provided, however, affiliates can link to FieldJunky.com in any way they find most appropriate for the context of the site   
• Affiliate may NOT post coupon codes or any other promotion without the consent of FieldJunky.com   
• Affiliates have no rights to the intellectual ‘concept’ of FieldJunky.com and do NOT represent FieldJunky.com in any way

Upon signing up, an Affiliate earns ONLY the right to display the FieldJunky.com text or image link on their site, and no other legal representation or ownership
